Uniform land tenure is a set of polygon objects of the map corresponding to one registration cadastral record and belonging to one or several owners as the shared property.

Creation of uniform land tenure is carried out by the following scheme:

- to create the separate area objects corresponding to parts of a site (plot);

- to fill semantics NAME at each part (it is possible to use a mode ici_807 automatic filling of semantics of the selected objects );

- to mark on a map all parts of one site;

- to use a mode To form a set: a site and its parts.

Example of uniform land tenure are sites under support of power transmission lines, some of support within the limits of one feeder are united into one site by which one common set of land-management documents is formed.
