Save objects "Ground plot" into a file of a realty cadastre XML

The mode is intended for creation of a file of a realty cadastre XML and recording into it of the information on the chosen ground plot.  

The program creates files of a realty cadastre XML, satisfying to the requirements:  

- version of structure - 1.0,  

- coding - UTF-8,    

- version of the scheme - 26.  

Setting up of codes of the objects processed by the program, is carried out in dialog Tuning of codes of created objects . Dialog is started by the button <...>  in The catalogue XML  group.  

The program defines by the corresponding code during processing:  

- cadastral quarter on which the ground plot is located;  

- plot part entering into the ground plot.
