Label creating

The labels (titles) on a map can place either on a straight line, or under the smooth curve. The selection of label plotting mode on a map is determined at type selection of created object. For creation of rectilineal title (way of plotting - the arbitrary contour) it is necessary to indicate on a map two points (the beginning and the end of the created label). For creation of a curvilinear label (way of plotting - a smoothing spline) it is necessary to indicate on a map a line, on which one it is necessary to construct a created label.

In order that the label at map scaling was displayed closer to a certain object of a map it is necessary to link the label with object.

To do this, after entering the label text, you must place the cursor on the conditional  binding point of the label and press CTRL + space, then move the cursor to the first point of the title placement and press the left mouse button. If the label is not horizontal then it is necessary to enter the second point to indicate the direction of the label placement.

At increasing the image of a map the point of the label placement will be pulled to a binding point - the distance between them will be approximately in 1,5 - 2 times less, than at scaling the label without a binding.

In the main object of the metric of the bound label the point of a binding and the empty label will be written down, and in the first subobject the metric of the label location and its text will be written down.
