Parameters of building the azimuth circle

ic_7996 The mode is used to measure the azimuth angle-the angle between the northward direction and the studied object on the map by means of drawing an azimuth circle.

The azimuth circle is a set of lines - parallels and meridians with corresponding signatures of the values of the angles and radiuses of building the circles.

Parallels are closed circles, the minimum radius of which in kilometers is set in the input field of the Parallels frequency dialog.

Meridians are straight lines divergent in all directions in accordance with specified indicators of longitude angles in degrees (the Meridians frequency input field).

The azimuth circle has a graduation from 0 to 360 degrees. To enter the value of the largest radius of the circle, the Maximum radius field is intended.

The parameters for constructing the azimuth circle are saved in the ini-file of the document.
